CLARIFICATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As BAŞAKŞEHİR DOĞA COLLEGE KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL, we do not consider the protection of personal data, which is the basis of privacy of private life, only within the scope of compliance with the legislation, we put the value we attach to people at the basis of our approach. Acting with this awareness, we take all necessary administrative and technical measures to ensure that personal data is stored securely and prevented from being processed unlawfully. In this context, we present to you our informative text below.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), your identity (name, surname, date of birth), contact (e-mail address, telephone number), transaction security (IP address, log records) personal data, Afitab Eğitim, as the data controller, As Kurumları Ltd Sti, it is processed within the scope explained below.   • Execution and Supervision of Business Activities: completing your application registration transactions, carrying out business activities by us and ensuring the supervision of the business activities we carry out.

  • Execution of Marketing Processes of Products / Services: Carrying out product and service marketing processes based on the information you provide in the application registration.

  • Providing Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations: Providing information in accordance with the legislation is processed within the scope of meeting requests from legal authorities.

We would like to point out that you have the following rights regarding your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Law;

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

  • Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,

  • In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

  • Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Your application is sent to Afitab Educational Institutions Ltd Sti. It will be reviewed by and will be responded to within thirty days from the date we receive your application within the scope of the KVK Law and the provisions of the Communiqué, and the response will be sent to you in writing or electronically. Within the scope of the applications, Afitab Eğitim Kurumları Ltd Sti does not charge any fee as a rule, but if the process requires an additional cost, fees determined by the Board may be charged.
